I just wanted to write briefly about my experience this afternoon. My wife, daughter and I had to run some errands, and I wanted to wash my car while we were out. I ran to the shell on sahuarita rd, but their wash was broken. Irritated, I entered “car wash” into my phone’s google map hoping to find something close (we’re still fairly new to Green Valley). Your establishment was the closest, so off we went. My first impression driving up was how clean and organized everything was. There were employees at the entry point waiting for customers, but they were composed and professional, not screwing around playing “grab-ass” like you normally see with the younger crowd. The young man who greeted me was very nice, and explained all of the services offered. I selected the full service wash. Pulling forward, the next group of fellows greeted us, and when I told the first one I had never been there before he explained the whole process of them vacuuming and washing while we were inside. Again very professional, not condescending or smart-assed. The three of us went inside and my wife and I were again impressed with how clean and organized everything was. My little girl (she’s four) enjoyed watching the process, and my wife and I checked out the store. The girls at the checkout were very friendly and helpful, and took the time to explain the frequent washer card. When we went outside to pick up the car the gentlement outside were again composed and professional, and opened the door to help my wife get our girl into her carseat. One of the fellows explained the rain/wash within 48 hours policy to me, and was very nice about it. I got in the car to leave and even now, an hour or two after the wash can’t believe how good a job everyone did. I apologise if this is a little long or wordy, but I really wanted to express just how impressed I am with your business, and the quality of work done. There is no doubt I’ll be back time and again. You have definitely become my regular weekly wash spot for my car, and for my wife as well (she doesn’t wash it as often as I’d like, but I’m working on it (haha)). Thank you for your time and excellent service.

Great car wash. Sure beats the touchless units hands down. Was not sure if I wanted to try it so I got the $6.99 wash. For that price it a terrific deal, will surely be going back again and try some of their other services. Green Valley sure needed this.

My blood type is A positve for anal. I am not ashamed to admit it especially with the price of vehicles these days you can’t afford not to take care of them. This includes maintaining the exterior of your vehicle. Time and time again I have recieved top dollar on my trades because of the mechanical and overall appearance of my trade-in. There is only one car wash in the area that has a high degree of workmanship and that is your car wash facilities. I can always expect the same level of professionalism and attention to detail everytime I visit. Word is out on the street and please don’t change a thing. I recommend this carwash to the hard to please.

We are seasonal residents of Sahuarita, and this is the first time we’ve used the Octopus Car Wash.
We had gone through some unpleasant weather coming south from beyond the 49th Line, so the car needed to be spiffied up. Without the slightest doubt, this is the best, cleanest, most professional and modern car wash I have experienced, and made a point of telling this to the lady at the cash. Everyone involved in cleaning the car, running the operation, tending to customers, was totally friendly, helpful, and surprisingly exceedingly courteous. The restrooms were modern, shiny and spotless. I have not been this impressed by any one business in a very long time. The service was much more than I expected and so we will be back since we live locally. Let me assure all who read this: This is a classy business, and the prices are totally affordable, You do not need to lift a finger. Be sure to leave a tip for the excellent work you will receive.
